Prosperr.io Appoints Saurabh Kansal As AVP- Revenue

Prosperr.io has appointed Saurabh Kansal as Assistant Vice President – Revenue. In this role, he has taken charge of the company’s revenue charter, including enterprise sales, partnerships and go-to-market execution, as it has continued to scale its B2B offerings across India and global markets.

Kansal has brought over two decades of experience across telecom, HR tech, SaaS, agentic AI and edtech, having held leadership roles at organisations such as Reliance Infocomm, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Leena AI and Univo Education. He has worked across early-stage and high-growth companies and has led revenue functions across India, APAC and EMEA.

Over the course of his career, he has built and scaled sales organisations, expanded enterprise pipelines and driven revenue growth across multiple geographies. He has focused on enterprise sales execution, partnerships and the creation of repeatable go-to-market playbooks to support long-term growth.

At Prosperr.io, Kansal has focused on strengthening the enterprise revenue motion, scaling partnerships, refining ideal customer profiles and building structured go-to-market engines. His mandate has covered the company’s product suite spanning flexible benefits plans, reimbursements, payroll-linked tax optimisation and compliance infrastructure.

Prior to joining Prosperr.io, Kansal has served as Senior Vice President – Revenue at Univo Education, where he has set up the enterprise business from the ground up. Before that, at Leena AI, he has worked on designing and executing go-to-market strategies across markets including the UAE, India, Singapore, Malaysia and the Philippines, and has contributed to the company’s geographic expansion.
