Prime Video has launched Moviesphere+ as an add-on subscription in India, expanding its content offerings for customers on the platform. Users have been provided access to the add-on at an introductory price of Rs 399 per year.
The new service has offered a library of Hollywood blockbusters, classic hits, fan favourites and popular TV shows. Titles including The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, Borderlands, P.S. I Love You, The Princess Bride, Jackie Brown, and Prisoners have been made available to subscribers. Acclaimed series such as Mad Men, Weeds, Black Sails, Anger Management and the latest season of The Rookie have also been included on Moviesphere+.
Prime Video has positioned Moviesphere+ within its video entertainment marketplace, which has provided customers with seamless access to multiple premium content providers on a single destination.
The introductory pricing has been listed as Rs 399 per year for three months, after which the service will renew at Rs 699 per year.
