Porter Packers & Movers, the house-shifting division of Porter, has launched its latest campaign, ‘Safety ki Shart Lagi’, emphasising reliability and accountability in the moving industry. The campaign is being rolled out across digital platforms and key outdoor locations.
The campaign highlights that unlike industry players that focus on experience or discounts, Porter Packers & Movers is positioning itself with a clear customer-first commitment—100% damage-free shifting or a damage claim of up to ₹5 lakh. The campaign directly addresses customer concerns and aims to build trust in the shifting process.
The company also mentioned that since its launch in 2020, the company has completed over 9.5 lakh house shiftings across 14+ cities, maintaining an industry-leading 4.8+ customer rating with the support of 1,300+ verified partners.
The campaign was co-created with Pomalos, directed by Pranav Bhasin, and produced by Live a Little Production House.
