Pocket FM Onboards Vineet Singh As VP - Branding & Communications

Audio sceries platform Pocket FM has appointed Vineet Singh as Vice President – Branding and Communications. In this role, Singh will spearhead the brand marketing, communications and creative charter.

In this capacity, Singh will closely work with Pocket FM’s Co-founder and CEO, Rohan Nayak, the company said.

At Pocket FM, largely his responsibilities include overseeing brand marketing and communications initiatives across key global markets to further strengthen Pocket FM’s brand image in the entertainment space. He will also play a crucial role in driving influencer partnerships and brand collaboration, with a focus on elevating Pocket FM as a leading entertainment brand, globally.

Before joining Pocket FM, Singh worked with edtech company BYJU’s for over two years where he held the position of Head of Brand, Marketing, and Creative Strategy at BYJU’s, and was working closely with the founder’s office.

He played a pivotal role in building BYJU’S brand imagery in India and globally showcasing the expertise to build brand reputation to create relevance among the audience.

Before joining BYJU’s, Singh held positions at Embassy Group for over a year between April 2020 and August 2021, serving as Head of Brand Marketing at WeWork and as Group Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Previously, he also worked with Google for over six years in various roles such as Account Associate, Technical Lead – Automation, and Media and Platform Sales Specialist – Emerging Business and Government. Later, he served as Manager – Omni Channel at Delhivery between May 2014 to March 2015; Co-founder and CMO at Upbeat Retail between March 2015 to March 2016; Client Partner, Brand Head – Delhi, and Head – North, Executive VP and Head of CRM, India, at Digitas India between April 2016 to February 2019.
