Cab-hailing services have become a very common and useful part of our day to day lives. The services have advanced so much in the western countries that in the US, Uber has already started giving Air Charter Service to its customers. When the news first reached us, we all wanted to book a charter flight for ourselves.
To all our surprise, on Tuesday, US-based helicopter transport services provider, Blade’s Indian subsidiary has announced the launch of an end-to-end personalized air charter service ‘Blade Anywhere‘.
The personalized charter service by Blade India can be booked from Maharashtra to anywhere in the country starting from Rs 95,000 only. The seat services resume from November 2. However, this excludes the handling fee and landing charges (usually charged on an hourly basis) for the entire charter.
Blade Anywhere provides customers various facilities such as a dedicated relationship manager once a customer books the flight, pick-up, and drop-off by premium automobile partners, customized menus of food, and beverages, among others.
The in-flight experience includes Bose noise cancellation headsets, pre-loaded content by partners such as Jio-Saavn, and customizable menus. Other benefits include travel concierge services, privileges from programs such as BMW Excellence Club and Quintessentially, personalized hospitality, etc.
The company said in the press release that the bookings can easily be made through its website, mobile app as well as a flier relations team. The company also claims that this service to be the first of its kind that runs like a scheduled airline, every day at a specific timing, which one can book from their website or app, just like any other air ticket.
The travel management company, Tamarind Global is the official partner of Blade India that will provide its customers holistic travel experience.
