Stoik Sports Infra has appointed Naila Patel as its Chief Marketing Officer. In her new role, Patel has taken charge of the company’s overall marketing mandate, including brand building, digital and integrated marketing strategy, business analysis, and long-term growth planning.
Patel has shared the update on LinkedIn, announcing the move as the beginning of a “new and refreshing chapter” in her professional journey.
Prior to joining Stoik Sports Infra, Patel has worked as an Independent Consultant since June 2025, advising brands on marketing strategy and creative direction. Before that, she has spent over 13 years at Mirum India (a WPP Company), where she has held multiple leadership roles. She has served as National Creative Director from November 2022 to February 2026. Earlier, she has worked as Executive Creative Director from May 2017 to November 2022, and as Creative Director from June 2012 to May 2017, contributing to long-term brand narratives, creative leadership, and high-impact campaigns.
Earlier in her career, Patel has been associated with Communicate2 (iProspect) from May 2008 to June 2012, where she has worked as a Creative Strategist and Creative Supervisor, handling end-to-end creative strategy, client coordination, pitching for new business, and leading creative teams while working closely with SEM, SEO, and social media teams. She has begun her professional journey as a Copywriter at R.K. Swamy/BBDO, where she has worked from April 1995 to May 1997, building a strong foundation in copywriting and brand communication.
