Mindshare, a GroupM owned media agency has appointed Xaxis’ Dimpy Yadav as its new Head of Digital Strategy.
Based out of Gurgaon, she will help drive growth and shape digital narratives for Mindshare India’s clients and play a pivotal role in enhancing the agency’s digital product offerings for both existing and new clients.
Joining Mindshare from another GroupM agency- Xaxis, Yadav’s stint with the performance marketing agency lasted over seven years. During this time, she served across various roles including that of Engagement Manager, Associate Engagement Director, Regional Head- North (Client Engagement), National Head- Client Engagement and General Manager.
Before Xaxis, she worked as an Account Manager at GroupM for nearly two years, starting August 2014.
From June 2013 to August 2014, she served the role of Assistant Account Manager at AdGlobal360; Online Community Specialist at Fashionandyou.com (Goldsquare) from October 2012 to June 2013; and Business Assistant Manager and Mainline Marketing at BHAWNA RAO from April 2010 to January 2011.
Earlier on, she also served as the Production-Digital Animator at Scientific Animations from October 2008 to April 2010.
