10 Years In Indigo
Aditya became a part of Indigo in the year 2008 after being a lawyer for 6 years. As a lawyer, he worked with J Sagar Associates where Indigo appeared as one of his clients.
He was at the position of President of Interglobe for a decade and then left in 2018 as the company decided to stretch to international waters.
Indigo achieved a market share of 39.5% in the shadow of Aditya Ghosh. He was replaced as a CEO by Rahul Bhatia later on, who wrote an e-mail to his employees mentioning that he supports the decision of Aditya to leave the position and begin the journey of his own new venture.
A Reason To Oyo’s Rapid Growth
In November 2018, Ghosh became the Oyo’s CEO (India and South Asia). It has been reported that he has already had big plans for this venture since the beginning.
Ghosh had started to rise in Oyo during the times Oyo had a lot of complications in its plate but been expanding and becoming well-known in the world, too.
The company had reported a loss of ₹2,384.7 crore which was 6 times higher than the amount of loss they had the previous year. Oyo is currently facing a lot of other problems, as well. But, the willpower to move forward and succeed has remained constant.
