MANJA Elevates Suyash Barve To Head Of Creative Role After Two Years

Having joined Arvind Krishnan and Prajato Guha Thakurta-led independent creative agency- MANJA as Executive Creative Director in September 2022, Suyash Barve has now been elevated to the role of Head of Creative at the agency.

MANJA Elevates Suyash Barve To Head Of Creative Role After Two Years

After being associated with independent creative agency- MANJA for over two years, Suyash Barve, who has been with the agency since its founding days, has now been elevated to the position of Head Of Creative.

In the past two years, MANJA has created campaigns for Amazon Prime, Mahindra Rise, Netflix, AJIO, Nykaa and many more to become one of the most sought after new-age agencies in India.

That being said, Barve had joined MANJA in the capacity of Executive Creative Director in September 2022 after a year-long stint at Creativeland Asia wherein he served a similar role for a year.

Before that, Barve was associated with 22feet Tribal Worldwide for over three years, of which he served the role of Group Creative Director from January 2020 to August 2021 and Creative Lead from July 2018 to January 2020.

In the past, he also worked with PING Network, McCann Worldgroup, JWT, Media2win, Contests2win and Leo Burnett.

Commenting on the development, the two Co-founders of MANJA- Arvind Krishnan and Prajato Guha Thakurta aka Projo, said, “Suyash has a great grasp of what will capture the imagination of the audience and always strives to add that to every piece of work he touches. Moreover, he understands what moves businesses forward and is able to steer the teams to deliver exactly that.”

To this, Barve added, “Whatever my designation may be here at MANJA, I’ll always be Employee No. 001 and it’s a tag I take very seriously. Arvind and Projo saw fit to give me a hell of a lot of responsibility when they first started out and it’s truly heartening to see them keep the faith going forward. The last two years were an incredible challenge to take on and it was an incredibly satisfying run of work. But, literally and figuratively, we’re just getting started.”
