magicpin and Rapido have joined hands to take on the duopoly of Zomato and Swiggy, with the country’s third-largest food delivery player integrating its nationwide restaurant network with Rapido-owned platform Ownly, people aware of the development have said.
As per media reports, the partnership has opened up magicpin’s extensive restaurant base for Rapido, which launched Ownly in August and has been looking to scale beyond Bengaluru.
Once the onboarding process has been completed, Rapido’s Ownly has gained access to more than 80,000 restaurants across the country, while magicpin has secured access to Rapido’s delivery fleet in select locations.
