Madison Media has won the integrated media mandate for Navi (formerly Navi Technologies) after a competitive pitch. The mandate has been slated to be managed from the agency’s Bengaluru office.
The agency has taken on responsibility for offline and digital media, OOH and activation. Navi, founded in 2018, has positioned itself as a tech-led financial services company offering payments through Navi UPI, loans via Navi Finserv, insurance through Navi General Insurance and investment options via Navi Mutual Fund.
The partnership has aimed to build cohesive storytelling across Navi’s product portfolio and strengthen its visibility across digital and offline channels.
