Strategically located near Bengaluru International Airport, the 60-seater India studio of LightFury Games boasts state-of-the-art equipment and infrastructure essential for developing world-class AAA games.

In addition to the launch of the new studio, the company has also strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Justin Farren as Chief Creative Officer of India studio, Chong-U Lim as Chief Technology Officer, and Daniel Hall as Vice President of Engineering.

Been appointed the studio’s CCO, Farren will steer the creative vision and design strategies for the in-development games, Lim will lead the R&D and technology development for all games and Hall will oversee gameplay engineering with a focus on performance, quality, and finesse.

That being said, while Farren will be based in India in his new role, Lim will lead the UK Studio and Hall will split his time between the UK and India.

Sharing his enthusiasm on joining LightFury Games as CCO, Justin Farren, a former Ubisoft Producer and Creative Director for the acclaimed series Assassin’s Creed and Skull and Bones and Executive Producer and Product Director at Wargaming, said, “I was impressed by the ambitious vision of Karan and the other co-founders at LightFury and am truly excited to take on this challenging role to successfully establish a world-class lead game development studio right here in India.”
