Hasbro has elevated Lalit Parmar from the position of Country Manager- India and MENA to the role of Country Manager- Pacific after one year.
In his new role at the toy and game company, he will be responsible for Hasbro Toys and Games business for the Pacific market with P&L ownership.
Parmar, who has been associated with Hasbro for more than seven years now, had joined Hasbro India as Head of Marketing in January 2017. He was elevated to the role of Country Head- India in March 2021 before assuming the position of Country Manager- India and MENA in March 2023.
Prior to joining Hasbro in January 2017, he worked with Nivea India for a period of close to five-and-a-half years. He joined them as Shopper and Customer Marketing Head in August 2011 and was elevated to the role of Category and Digital Marketing Manager in April 2013.
Before that, he was associated with L’Oreal for nearly three years, wherein he served the role of Sales Planning Manager from September 2008 to December 2009 and Product Manager from January 2010 to July 2011.
In the past, Parmar also worked with Reckitt Benckiser India for over three years and had comparatively short stints at Technimont ICB and Betzdearborn.
