The Indian Broadcasting and Digital Foundation announces key leadership appointments at its 26th Annual General Meeting held in New Delhi. Kevin Vaz, Chief Executive Officer – Entertainment at JioStar India, is re-elected as President of IBDF.
Avinash Pandey, takes over as Secretary General effective October 1, 2025, succeeding Siddharth Jain.
The AGM sees the re-election of Gaurav Banerjee of Culver Max and R. Mahesh Kumar of Sun Network to the IBDF Board, and the election of Anil Kumar Singhvi of Zee Media as a new Board member. Following the AGM, the Board re-elects Rajat Sharma of India TV, Gaurav Banerjee of Culver Max, and R. Mahesh Kumar of Sun Network as Vice Presidents, with I. Venkat of Eenadu TV continuing as Treasurer.
The Board also includes Aroon Purie of TV Today Network, Gaurav Dwivedi of Prasar Bharati, Jayant Mathew of MMTV, and Punit Goenka of Zee Entertainment. The Board co-opts Sumanta Bose of JioStar, John Brittas of Kairali TV, and Nachiket Pantvaidya of Culver Max as members.
