Karan Abhishek Singh, the former CEO of Hindi News (TV and Digital) at Network 18, has now taken on the role of CEO at Zee Media Corporation (ZMCL).
Singh, who joined Network18 as CEO-Languages in 2019, put down his papers in February this year.
Before that, he spent over five years at Star India, from October 2013 to November 2018, where he held multiple positions such as Sales Director – North, National Head – Ad Sales (Enterprise Accounts), Head – Ad Sales (Enterprise and Corporate Accounts), and EVP and Head of Ad Sales (Agency Partnerships).
Between June 2011 and September 2013, he served as Vice President – Sales(Head, Premium and New Products), at PepsiCo India Holdings.
In the past, he was associated with Nokia India, Godrej Sara Lee, Hindustan Lever and GE Money.
