Josy Paul has continued to lead BBDO India as its Chairperson and Chief Creative Officer following the merger of Omnicom and IPG Mediabrands, reaffirming continuity for the agency’s creative leadership, someone from the company told Marketing Mind.
According to internal communication shared with employees, Paul’s role remains unchanged, ensuring stability for BBDO India amid the structural changes in the parent companies.

Paul has served as Chairperson and Chief Creative Officer at BBDO India since 2008. Before joining BBDO, he worked as National Creative Director at JWT India in 2007 and served as Chairman and Chief Creative Officer at RMG David from 2000 to 2007.
