JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction has withdrawn its petition filed before the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) seeking directions to convene an extraordinary general meeting of Dish TV, as per a regulatory filing by the company.
The petition, originally filed by JC Flowers Asset Reconstruction (with Yes Bank as the original applicant), has been withdrawn during the hearing before the National Company Law Tribunal, as per media reports.
The company has stated that the petition had been filed under Sections 98–100 of the Companies Act, 2013, seeking directions for convening an extraordinary general meeting.
