InMobi has expanded its long-standing collaboration with Salesforce to accelerate AI-driven growth across its global advertising ecosystem.
As part of the move, InMobi has leveraged Salesforce solutions to establish an AI-first unified operating model across its business. The integration has streamlined sales, service, and data operations across its Demand, Supply, and Xchange business units. Tools such as Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Service have enabled improved pipeline management, stronger customer engagement, and enhanced advertiser and partner support.
The company has integrated AI capabilities into its sales workflows, enabling automation and faster data-driven decision-making. This has further strengthened its operational infrastructure supporting global growth.
InMobi has also continued its multi-cloud deployment with Salesforce, enabling real-time forecasting, opportunity insights, and executive dashboards to improve visibility and performance. Additionally, it has upgraded to Slack Enterprise Grid to enhance cross-functional collaboration and has implemented Data 360 to unify data across business units, creating a single foundation for insights and personalised engagement.
The collaboration has focused on strengthening core sales, service, and data systems to support InMobi’s AI-powered advertising platform, built over the past two decades.
Looking ahead, both companies have planned to deepen the partnership through the adoption of Tableau and Agentforce, with a focus on co-developing AI-driven workflows for predictive insights, faster resolution, and proactive engagement with advertisers and partners.
Raman Srinivasan, Senior Vice President – Digital Transformation & CIO, InMobi, said, “InMobi is building the next generation of AI-powered advertising solutions for a mobile-first world, and digital excellence is a critical enabler of that ambition. Our long-standing partnership with Salesforce continues to support us in strengthening the operational backbone required to execute on this vision with speed, consistency, and precision.”
Mankiran Chowhan, Managing Director at Salesforce India, said, “Advertising is at an inflection point—where advantage will no longer come from scale alone, but from how intelligently and efficiently ecosystems operate. The future belongs to organisations that can unify data, AI, and workflows to move from reactive execution to predictive, real-time engagement. InMobi’s move to build a truly AI-first, unified platform reflects this shift. Together, we are enabling a new operating model—one that is more connected, more intelligent, and built to drive continuous innovation and growth at global scale.”
