Infosys has elevated Kisha Gupta to the role of Global Head of Brand, where she has been entrusted with leading the company’s brand strategy and stewardship globally. In her new role, Gupta has taken charge of shaping, nurturing and strengthening the Infosys brand across markets, while aligning brand purpose, creativity and consistency with the company’s long-term vision.
Gupta has shared the career update on LinkedIn, stating that she has been entrusted with the responsibility of serving as the Global Head of Brand at Infosys and expressing gratitude to mentors, colleagues, leadership and teams who have been part of her professional journey. She has noted that she looks forward to nurturing the Infosys brand with care, creativity and heart, while carrying forward the legacy built by her predecessor.
Prior to her elevation, Gupta has spent over 13 years at Infosys across multiple leadership roles. She has been associated with the company since August 2016 and has served as Global Head – Academic Relations.
From April 2025 to November 2025, she served as Associate Vice President, before being elevated to Global Head of Brand in November 2025.
Earlier in her career, Gupta has been associated with AIESEC in India for nearly a decade, serving as Board Member from March 2016 to September 2022 and later taking on the role of Chairperson from October 2022 onwards. She has previously worked as Head of Marketing and Communications at Tablitz Marketing from October 2011 to January 2013. She began her professional journey at Evalueserve, where she served as Senior Business Analyst from June 2007 to August 2011.
