Having begun its search for a new Chief Marketing Officer in June 2024 as Rahul Gandhi had decided to part ways from the company after a four years long stint, iD Fresh has now appointed Nestlé Purina Petcare’s Business Head- Gaurav Kwatra as its new CMO.
Kwatra had joined Nestlé India in January 2012 as Senior Brand Manager-Beverages and was elevated as Marketing Manager- Beverages at the company in July 2013 before assuming the role of Project Leader- Innovation Acceleration Team at Nestlé Switzerland in January 2016. It was in November 2018 that he made his return to India and joined Nestlé Purina Petcare as Business Head.
Before joining Nestlé, he was associated with Britannia Industries for a period of more than eight years. He joined the company as Area Sales Manager in June 2004, was elevated as Product Manager in June 2008 and later as Group Product Manager in July 2011.
Succeeding Gandhi, in his new role at iD Fresh Food India, Kwatra will be responsible for spearheading the company’s marketing and brand-building strategies, accelerating market expansion and driving greater customer engagement.
