Honasa Consumer Limited has elevated Shivang Jain as the Chief Executive Officer of BTM Ventures, the parent company of Reginald Men and Molecular Company. In his new role, Jain has taken charge of the strategic direction, business operations and growth of BTM Ventures, overseeing the next phase of growth for both brands.
Jain has assumed the role after serving as Vice President, Corporate Strategy and Chief of Staff at Honasa Consumer Limited, where he has worked closely with the company’s founders on corporate strategy, portfolio expansion, business planning and strategic initiatives. Following Honasa Consumer’s acquisition of a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025, he has been entrusted with leading Reginald Men and Molecular Company.
With over a decade of experience, Jain has worked across corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, and business transformation. Before joining Honasa Consumer, he has held positions at Avendus Capital, EY and JPMorgan Chase & Co. He holds a PGDBM from XLRI Jamshedpur.
Founded in August 2022 by Trisha Reddy Talasani, BTM Ventures has built a portfolio comprising Reginald Men, a men’s personal care brand, and Molecular Company, a skincare brand. Honasa Consumer has acquired a majority stake in BTM Ventures in December 2025, expanding its presence in personal care categories and entering the men’s grooming segment through Reginald Men.
