The holy month of Ramzaan has already begun and the rose flavoured drink ROOHAFZA is one brand that comes to our mind about iftaar when Muslims break their day-long fast.
Roohafza’s sudden disappearance from Indian market is creating a crisis for the Indian Muslim community as every year during the holy month of Ramzaan Roohafza is widely consumed. This news has already created quite a buzz on Social Media.
Knowing this, makers of Rooh Afza- Hamdard Laboratories has recently released a statement and said the company is going through a shortage of herbal ingredients which is the reason for the shortage of Roohafza in the Indian market.
Mansoor Ali Chief Sales & Marketing Officer of Hamdard said that the company is currently facing supply limitations of certain herbal ingredients. They are looking to fix the demand-supply gap within a week.
There have been rumors that there has been a dispute in the family of Roohafza’s founder regarding the control of the company. But Mansoor Ali dismissed all the speculations saying ‘The speculations about the rift holds no truth and is nothing just rumours’.
Hamdard Laboratories Waqf Pakistan has extended their hands to supply RoohAfza and RoohAfzaGo to India during the Ramzaan month.
Brother @DilliDurAst, we can supply #RoohAfza and #RoohAfzaGO to India during this Ramzan. We can easily send trucks through Wahga border if permitted by Indian Government.
