Grand Hyatt Mumbai Hotel and Residences has appointed Khushboo Sangtani as Director of Marketing and Communications.
With over a decade of experience in strategic marketing and communications, Sangtani has joined Grand Hyatt Mumbai from ITC Hotels, where she held the position of Marketing and Communications Head for ITC Grand Goa Resort & Spa, along with Storii by ITC Hotels Goa. Known for her innovative approach to digital and experiential marketing, she has a track record of designing campaigns that resonate with guests and drive engagement.
At Grand Hyatt Mumbai, she will oversee the hotel’s marketing strategy, focusing on creating impactful campaigns, expanding brand visibility, and amplifying the property’s unique offerings across digital platforms. Her work will be key to reinforcing the hotel’s position as a leader in Mumbai’s luxury hospitality landscape, while driving revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction.
Furthermore, the hospitality brand has also onboarded Hema Narayane as Director of Celebrations. These appointments aim to further elevate its guest experiences and strengthen the brand presence.
