GoKwik has announced the appointment of Atul Bansal as its new Head of Marketing, bringing him on board to lead the company’s marketing strategy as it enters its next phase of global expansion. He has taken charge of GoKwik’s overall marketing charter, overseeing strategic planning and execution across growth, brand, and product marketing.
The company has stated that Bansal has been entrusted with strengthening the GoKwik brand, building scalable go-to-market strategies, and leading customer engagement initiatives aimed at driving acquisition. He has also been tasked with promoting data-driven decision-making and enabling cross-functional collaboration to support business growth.
Bansal has joined GoKwik after a nearly seven-year stint at Amazon, where he has held multiple senior leadership positions. Most recently, he has served as Head of Brand, Marketing, and Partnerships for Amazon Global Selling India, driving B2B marketing strategies and overseeing budgets to boost seller acquisition through omnichannel initiatives. Earlier, as Head of Offline Merchants & Marketing at Amazon Pay, he has driven growth through digital self-onboarding and marketing automation. He has also served as Head of Ad Solutions and Regional Head, introducing frameworks that have contributed to Gross Merchandise Sales (GMS) growth.
Before his tenure at Amazon, Bansal has spent seven years at Airtel, earning several awards for performance excellence. He holds an MBA in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi.
