GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group company, has appointed Pooja Mathur as Global Head of Growth Marketing, strengthening its global marketing leadership as it has accelerated its AI-led growth strategy.
In her new role, Mathur has led industry and service line marketing globally, with a focus on demand generation, account-based marketing, and partner ecosystem engagement, including collaboration within the Hitachi Group. She has aligned marketing initiatives with business outcomes to support pipeline acceleration and revenue growth across markets.
Since joining GlobalLogic in 2023 as Head of Marketing for APAC, she has driven strategic alignment with business leadership, enhanced customer and employee engagement, and strengthened regional positioning. She has also advanced the company’s AI narrative across media platforms and supported customer engagement initiatives such as Shankhnaad, focused on Global Capability Centers.
Mathur brings over 19 years of experience in integrated marketing, brand strategy, and communications. Prior to GlobalLogic, she held leadership roles at EY, where she managed marketing initiatives for Private Equity and M&A businesses, along with flagship client and alumni programmes.
The appointment has come as GlobalLogic has continued to evolve its strategy towards becoming an AI-native engineering company, supported by its VelocityAI platform and the broader Hitachi Group ecosystem, with a growing focus on Physical AI and real-world transformation.
