Fulcrum Digital, an enterprise AI and digital transformation firm, has announced the appointment of Gulveen Kaur as Senior Vice President – Insurance, strengthening its leadership team and expanding its focus on domain-led innovation across the insurance sector.
With over two decades of experience in insurance and IT across Asia, Kaur joins Fulcrum Digital from Capgemini, where she oversaw delivery, client engagement, and operations for insurance and banking within the Southeast Asia region, based in Hong Kong.
Prior to that, she held leadership positions at AXA Hong Kong, Manulife Asia, and MetLife, where she led platform development, digital transformation, and core insurance modernisation programmes.
In her new role, Kaur will head Fulcrum Digital’s global insurance practice, providing strategic and operational leadership across technology solutions, products, and services. According to media reports, she will focus on strengthening the company’s insurance footprint globally by leveraging its expertise in digital engineering, automation, and AI-driven innovation through its proprietary agentic AI platform.
Over the course of her career, Kaur has led policy administration implementations across P&C, Life, Employee Benefits, and Group Insurance, as well as large-scale transformation initiatives in distribution, cloud transitions, contact centres, and process consulting across APAC.
