Flipkart’s Cleartrip Appoints Tavleen Bhatia As Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer

As Kunal Dubey, Chief Marketing Officer, Cleartrip, steps down, the Flipkart company has appointed Tavleen Bhatia as its Chief Marketing and Revenue Officer. Before this, she was the Head of Growth and Marketing at Flipkart.

Flipkart’s Cleartrip Appoints Tavleen Bhatia As Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer

As Cleartrip’s Chief Marketing Officer, Kunal Dubey steps down to pursue new opportunities, the Flipkart company has appointed Tavleen Bhatia as its new Chief Marketing & Revenue Officer (CMRO), effective April 1, 2024.

In her new role, Bhatia will be responsible for spearheading Brand and Performance Marketing initiatives alongside driving the central planning and growth charter at Cleartrip.

Before being appointed as the CMRO at Cleartrip, a Flipkart company, she had been associated with Flipkart for a period of more than two-and-a-half years. She joined them as Business Head- Flipkart Quick in August 2021 and was elevated to the role of Head of Growth and Marketing in November 2022.

Prior to that, she worked with Unilever for four years, starting September 2017, in Dubai. Of these, she spent the initial one-and-a-half years as Category Manager- Haircare and assumed the position of Marketing Director- Haircare (MENA, Iran & Unica) at the company in May 2019.

From April 2012 to August 2017, she also worked with Hindustan Unilever across roles such as Senior Brand Manager- Lakme and Elle 18 and Global Marketing Manager- Dove Haircare.

In an earlier stint with HUL which lasted for a period of more than two-and-a-half years, she worked as A Business Leadership Trainee for a year, starting July 2008, and was promoted to Area Sales and Customer Manager in September 2019.
