Ferrero Appoints Britannia’s Neha More As Business Head Of Modern Trade

Ferrero, the parent company of Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, and Tic-Tac, has appointed Neha More as its Head of Modern Trade. Previously, she was associated with Britannia in a seemingly similar role.

Ferrero Appoints Britannia’s Neha More As Business Head Of Modern Trade

Ferrero, the parent company of Nutella, Kinder, Ferrero Rocher, and Tic Tac, has appointed Neha More, who was previously associated with Britannia for six years, as the Business Head of Modern Trade.

She took to LinkedIn to announce the same and mentioned, “I’m thrilled to be joining Ferrero, a company renowned for its iconic brands, global leadership, and a relentless focus on innovation, quality, and people. With Ferrero’s strong legacy of brand building and strategic market expansion, I am eager to contribute my expertise to drive the company’s growth initiatives and further elevate its reputation. I look forward to this incredible journey with Ferrero and to being a part of its continued success.”

Further, she wrote, “I am grateful to my mentors, colleagues, and team members at Britannia for being there in my journey last six years, which have been filled with learnings, enriching experiences, and opportunities.”

She joined Britannia in September 2018 as Senior Customer Marketing Manager and held the position for over two years, until March 2021. Later, she was promoted to the role of Head of E-commerce. She held this role for over two years, starting from April 2021 to July 2023. From August 2023 to August 2024, she worked as Head of Modern Trade.

Between July 2016 and September 2018, More was associated with Perfetti Van Melle as National Key Account Manager.

From February 2013 to April 2016, she served at Stanley Black and Decker India as Key Account Manager.

She started her career in June 2010 with LG Electronics India as Product Marketing- Room Air Conditioners and held the role until October 2010. Later, she was elevated to the position of Area Manager and held the role for two years, from October 2010 to January 2013.
