Enormous Appoints Former JWT Exec Joy Chauhan As Fractional CMO

Taking a relatively new approach in the Indian advertising ecosystem, one of India’s leading independent ad agencies led by Ashish Khazanchi has appointed former Wunderman Thompson India Managing Partner (North) and Chief Client Officer, Joy Chauhan, as its first Fractional CMO.

As per the agency, this appointment aligns with Enormous’ focus on being the trusted partner for its clients in managing their business and growth objectives while also providing a full stack beyond the creative solutions that it is known for.

Chauhan’s appointment at Enormous comes at a time when the agency has completed eleven years, having celebrated a decade of creative achievements and notable account wins. 

Hence, with this latest leadership addition, the agency is set to deepen its client impact and further strengthen its position as an industry leader in India.

During his time at Wunderman Thompson India, the agency’s North office was responsible for numerous global and Indian brands like, PepsiCo, Nestle, GSK, Hero MotoCorp, Honda Motors, Apollo Tyres, Indigo airlines, Vivo phones, The Times of India and more.

That being said, prior to joining Wunderman Thompson India, he was the head of agency’s Sri Lanka operations and JWT (South) and even worked at McCann and Grey Worldwide.

With the learnings and insights of over 18 years at JWT alone, Chauhan has experience in sectors as diverse as automobiles to chocolates and has strong capabilities to lead an agency in driving solutions for clients across the spectrum of what a CMO’s mandate entails. 

Therefore, in his new role at Enormous Brand Solutions, he is poised to steer clients through today’s complex business challenges with a fresh spectrum of strategic solutions designed for remarkable growth.

Commenting on his appointment, Ashish Khazanchi, Managing Partner, Enormous, expressed his enthusiasm and said, “The scape and the fragmentation of what a brand needs to do today to stay relevant in the marketplace has exploded.
