Dr Batra has appointed Deepak Pant as Group Chief Operating Officer, effective 27 November 2025. In the role, Deepak Pant will focus on operational execution across healthcare delivery, clinic expansion, and accessibility, aligned with the company’s focus on homeopathy-led treatment offerings.
Pant brings over two decades of experience across consumer goods, digital commerce, and technology-led businesses. His previous roles include leadership positions at Procter & Gamble Singapore, Marico, Zee Entertainment, Purplle.com, and the RP Sanjiv Goenka Group, where he led the personal care vertical and worked on building digital-first brands, with responsibility for growth and profitability.
At Dr Batra, Pant will oversee operations across homeopathy, aesthetics, products, and clinic expansion. His responsibilities include managing more than 200 clinics in India and overseas, virtual clinics, and international operations. He will also oversee patient services, digital outreach, and core operational functions.
Dr Batra continues to operate with a focus on patient access, healthcare delivery, and service expansion as it enters its next phase of operations.
