Ankita Bharadwaj has joined Haleon as Performance Marketing Lead – India Subcontinent, bringing 14 years of experience across personal care, beauty, and healthcare categories.
She announced the move via LinkedIn
She moves from Dot & Key Skincare, where she was Vice President – Brand Development, and will now drive Haleon’s performance marketing strategy across brands in the India region.
Her career spans leadership roles at The Good Glamm Group between 2021 and 2023, where she led marketing for PopXO Beauty, Organic Harvest, and Manish Malhotra Beauty, and later served as Director – Brand and Marketing.
From 2018 to 2021, she was at Reckitt, where she handled brand marketing and innovation for Vanish and Mortein in India and global markets. Between 2011 and 2018, she spent nearly seven years at Marico across brand strategy, innovation, and consumer insights for brands like Parachute Advansed and Set Wet.
