Deepti Sampat has joined IndiGo as Vice President- Marketing and Digital, where she has taken charge of leading the airline’s overall marketing and digital strategy. In her role, she has been responsible for driving brand positioning, consumer marketing, digital platforms, media strategy, and technology-led marketing initiatives, while strengthening customer engagement and supporting the airline’s growth agenda across domestic and international markets.

Prior to joining IndiGo, Sampat has served as Vice President – Marketing at Air India from November 2024 to November 2025. Before that, she has spent over five years at Vistara – TATA SIA Airlines as Vice President – Marketing from July 2019 to November 2024.
Earlier in her career, Sampat has worked at Stellr as Vice President – Market Engagement from June 2016 to May 2019. From March 2014 to April 2016, she has been AVP – Marketing at Talentedge (by Arrina Education).
Sampat has also held regional leadership roles at Expedia Group, serving as Head – E-Marketing (Asia Region) from February 2012 to January 2014, leading e-marketing for multiple Asian markets. Prior to that, she has been Head – Brand Promotions and CRM at TripAdvisor India from March 2010 to January 2012. Her earlier stints include Function Head – Direct Marketing, CRM and Alliances at The Oberoi Group from August 2006 to February 2010, Senior Consultant at NetCarrots Loyalty Services from May 2004 to August 2006, Group Head at FCB Ulka from May 2003 to May 2004, Business Head at Infovision Group from April 2000 to May 2003, and Senior Project Executive at McCann Worldgroup from May 1998 to March 2000.
Across her career, Sampat has been recognised for her work in customer experience, brand marketing, and integrated campaigns, and has built deep expertise across aviation, travel, hospitality, digital platforms, and consumer marketing.
