Nazara’s AdTech Firm Datawrkz Acquires UK’s Growth Marketing Agency- Space & Time

Datawrkz, the global advertising technology subsidiary of India’s only listed Gaming and Esports Company- Nazara Technologies, has acquired a 100% stake in independent growth marketing agency- Space & Time for a cash and stock consideration of approximately Rs 52.3 crores.

With offices across the UK, Space & Time’s acquisition by Datawrkz is a key move in advancing the firm’s growth ambitions across Europe and North America which also positions it as a scaled player in the global digital advertising market as per Nazara Technologies.

The collaboration brings together Space & Time’s expertise in growth marketing, media, and technology with Datawrkz’s strengths in programmatic advertising technology and optimisation.

With this development in place, both the companies will now work closely to deliver more impactful digital advertising solutions and drive further expansion, especially in the European and UK markets.

Additionally, Space & Time will also gain access to Datawrkz’s cutting-edge technology and products, enhancing their ability to deliver effective campaigns and capitalize on growth opportunities in Europe and North America.

While Datawrkz was founded in 2013 on the premise that digital advertising can be done better in every way, Space & Time was launched in 2000 and over the last three years, achieved strong revenue growth as well as become one of a select few Google Premier Partners in the UK.

Furthermore, as part of this acquisition, Senthil Govindan, CEO and Founder, Datawrkz, will join the Space & Time board.

Sharing his views on the same, Govindan said, “We are embarking on an inorganic strategy to complement our strong independent growth, and Space & Time is an ideal partner. The cultural alignment and shared focus on delivering value for clients make this acquisition a perfect fit. We anticipate this collaboration will significantly boost growth for both companies, with Space & Time driving our expansion in Europe.”
