Chat360 has announced a partnership with Meta to enable WhatsApp Business Voice Calling for enterprises on its omnichannel customer experience platform.
As per the company, the integration has allowed businesses to add instant voice support alongside channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger and website chat. This update has strengthened the platform’s ecosystem, supported by AI, NLP and automation.
The capability has been designed to help enterprises offer real-time voice interactions, reduce response times with AI-assisted call flows, manage simultaneous voice and text conversations on WhatsApp, and improve sales conversions through immediate call triggers.
Industries including retail, ecommerce, BFSI, real estate, healthcare, education and travel have been targeted for this enhanced communication offering.
Chat360 has stated that WhatsApp Voice Calling has been made available to all existing and new enterprise users on its platform, with deployment requiring minimal technical effort due to low-code functionality and existing integrations.
The feature has been integrated through Meta’s approved WhatsApp Business API and combined with Chat360’s AI-powered automation, routing and CRM/ticketing tools to ensure security and centralised insights.
Chat360’s experience supporting enterprises across multiple countries has enabled organisations to manage voice communication within the same system used for automation, analytics and multilingual support.
Sunnyraj Agarwal, Founder & CEO, Chat360 notes, “WhatsApp being a globally preferred platform for messaging communication, this launch reaffirms the Chat360 mission: delivering the conversations that matter, on the right channel, at the right time, empowering businesses and elevating customer success globally. As official Meta Partners, we are even better positioned to help brands unlock the full potential of conversational commerce and customers.”
