BPTP has appointed Vineet Nanda as its Chief Business Officer and Executive Director, strengthening its senior leadership team. The appointment has marked a strategic move as the company has continued to focus on its business operations across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments in the Delhi-NCR region.
The real estate developer has built a development portfolio spanning more than two decades and has delivered over 50 million square feet across various asset classes, including more than 25,000 units. BPTP has maintained a presence in key micro-markets such as Gurugram, Faridabad, and Noida, and has developed multiple integrated townships in the region.
Mr. Nanda has brought over 40 years of professional experience, with more than 25 years spent in senior leadership roles within the Indian real estate industry. His professional background has covered sales, marketing, and business management across residential and commercial segments. Prior to joining BPTP, he has served as Director – Sales and Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where he has been part of the senior management team.
Earlier in his career, Nanda has held leadership positions at real estate firms including Omaxe, Central Park, and M3M. During these stints, he has been involved in scaling residential and commercial portfolios across multiple markets.
In his current role, Nanda has taken responsibility for overseeing BPTP’s business operations, including sales, marketing, product strategy, and customer experience, in line with the company’s organisational structure.
