Blue Rock India has appointed Hersh Bhandari as Chief Investment Officer, with effect from December 2025. He is based in India and takes on the role following a long career across media, sales leadership and executive management.

Bhandari joins Blue rock India after completing a seven-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer at Republic World, where he served from December 2018 to December 2025. During this period, he led the organisation’s overall business operations and revenue strategy.
Prior to Republic World, Bhandari was National Revenue Head at TV Today between April 2017 and December 2018, overseeing national sales operations. Before that, he spent six years at Times Network, where he held multiple senior leadership roles. His positions included Vice President Sales and National Revenue Head from 2015 to March 2017, and VP and National Head at Zoom and Times Now from April 2011 to March 2015.
Earlier in his career, Bhandari worked with Star TV Network as Marketing Manager from 1998 to 2000, and before that spent seven years and nine months at Pepe Jeans London between April 1991 and December 1998, where he served as Sales Marketing Manager.
