The new digital ads highlighted the need of having daily 8 hours of sleep to be productive.

World Sleep Day is an annual celebration of sleep as well as a call to action on significant sleep-related issues such as medicine, education, social challenges, and driving.

The World Sleep Day Committee of the International Sleep Society oversees the celebration, which aims to improve sleep disorder prevention and management to lessen the social cost of sleep problems.

Researchers from all around the world have investigated the complicated and complex mechanism of sleep. Many opportunities have been made to underline the value of getting eight hours of sleep. According to research undertaken by the Global Council on Brain Health (GCBH), getting up to eight hours of sleep every day is critical to maintaining brain function as it is necessary.
