The podcast trailer was released on World Mental Health Day, with the first episode available to stream on October 15, 2024. In a candid and heartfelt conversation about mental health and social media, Panday teams up with content creators to share their personal journeys and practical insights into achieving digital well-being.

Joining Pandey on the podcast are- Prajakta Koli aka @MostlySane, Sumukhi Suresh, Yashraj Mukhate, Ankush Bahuguna, Nick aka BeYouNick and the creators behind the @DesiCrime Podcast.
