Allied Blenders and Distillers (ABD) has appointed Jayant Bhalchandra Manmadkar as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 10, 2025. He has also been designated as a Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company.
Manmadkar has brought with him over 32 years of experience across diverse sectors including financial services, pharmaceuticals, alcobev, research and development, manufacturing, real estate, and retail.
He has been associated with several reputed organisations such as Seagram India, Brigade Enterprises, Mahindra Lifespace Developers, Sai Life Sciences, Cohance Lifesciences, Wockhardt, and Reliance Retail. Over the years, he has demonstrated expertise in areas such as strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, treasury and corporate finance, taxation, investor relations, corporate governance, and information technology.
