How ‘Nano Influencers’ Make Money On Social Media

Today, the world is all about what is trending on social media. The people have also found a source of income from these platforms. The craze for social media influencers is at its highest right now.

While it may seem easy, being a social media influencer is not an easy task. People have to be frequent and creative to keep their following streak growing.

We see many such influencers with hundred thousand followers and even millions. These followers get them to get associated with brands and help them earn in return.

It may still be easy for influencers with higher followers to find endorsements easily, it is however a little tricky for ones with below 10k followers to make a living out of it. These are called ‘Nano Influencers‘.

But how do these influencers make money?

Find Your Niche

The first step to becoming an influencer is to find your niche. Choose any topic on which you feel you can make the most content.

Be Consistent

Being consistent with your content is very important at this stage. When you have just started posting, it is important to keep your followers captivated. This will help you to reach as many people as there are on social media.

Use High-Quality Images

Social media is all about visual appeal. No matter what your content is or how frequent you are posting, if the images are not HD, then people will just scroll over without giving it much thought.

Collaborations

Collaborations not just with brands but with other influencers can help you boost your reach and presence on social media.

According to Plato, an average nano-influencer on Instagram can command up to $88 per post on average. Research by Search Engine Journal shows that a nano influencer can make $114 per video post and $43 per Instagram story.
