HUL has appointed Koteshwar LN as the Chief Executive Officer of its wellness nutrition brand, Oziva, according to media reports. This move marks a significant leadership change for the company as it looks to strengthen its position in the rapidly growing health and wellness segment.
Koteshwar joins Oziva with more than two decades of experience across consumer goods, digital commerce and business leadership. Prior to this appointment, he served as Executive Vice President and Head – Digital Business at Marico. Over the course of his career, he has also held senior leadership roles at Flipkart and The Coca-Cola Company.
The appointment comes shortly after HUL acquired the remaining 49% stake in Oziva-parent Zywie Ventures for Rs 824 crore, making the nutrition brand a wholly owned subsidiary. HUL had initially acquired a 51% stake in the company in 2023 as part of its entry into the health and wellbeing category.
Oziva has emerged as one of HUL’s key bets in the wellness space, with the company reporting strong growth since the initial investment. The brand scaled to approximately ₹480 crore in 2025, driven by portfolio expansion and synergies with HUL’s ecosystem and distribution capabilities.
