Redcliffe Labs has appointed Kshitiz Singh as Chief Business Officer – Inorganic Growth. In his new role, he has been entrusted with leading the company’s inorganic growth strategy through mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and post-acquisition integration as it expands its diagnostics network across regional markets in India.
The company has strengthened its leadership team to support the expansion of its integrated diagnostics ecosystem, combining pathology, radiology, technology, and preventive healthcare. Singh has worked closely with the leadership team to identify growth opportunities, integrate regional diagnostic businesses into the company’s operating platform, and strengthen its nationwide diagnostics network.
Singh has brought more than 26 years of leadership experience across diagnostics, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, sales leadership, business development, and commercial strategy. Throughout his career, he has led business operations, expanded regional markets, built commercial teams, and driven business growth across multiple organisations.
Prior to joining Redcliffe Labs, Singh has served as General Manager and Business Head at Agilus Diagnostics, where he has led business expansion and market development. Earlier, he has held leadership roles at Piramal Enterprises, Abbott India, Heinz India, Sanofi, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline, gaining experience in diagnostics, commercial strategy, business development, channel management, and organisational growth.
