Hephzibah Pathak has been appointed as CEO of WPP Creative in India, in line with the company’s move to restructure its creative operations under a unified model.
The appointment has followed WPP’s strategy to build a lean regional leadership team to develop its WPP Creative operating model, aimed at integrating capabilities across creative, design, and public relations agencies.
In her new role, Pathak has represented the agencies under WPP Creative in India and has worked with agency brand CEOs to improve integration, expand capabilities, and streamline access to talent across the network.
The structure has included agencies such as VML, Ogilvy, Burson, AKQA, Landor, and Design Bridge and Partners, among others.
WPP has continued to position its agency brands within an integrated ecosystem, with a focus on delivering coordinated creative solutions to clients.
