Lenexis Foodworks has appointed Arvind R P as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) as the company intensifies its expansion across geographies, targeting 500 stores by 2028. In his new role, he will lead the company’s next phase of accelerated growth, scaling its portfolio brands, strengthening operational excellence, and building a future-ready organisation.
Arvind brings over 25 years of leadership experience spanning QSR, FMCG, beauty, fashion, and auto sectors, with a track record in P&L management, brand transformation, and digital-led growth. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer – South at McDonald’s India, where he was involved in business growth and brand strategy. Over the course of his career, he has led initiatives across brand building, category innovation, full-funnel digital transformation, and team development.
