Saket Sinha has joined the Board of Directors at Pathfinder International – India, marking a transition from a long-standing career in media and business leadership to a governance role in the development sector. The appointment reflects a strategic shift as Sinha brings his expertise in growth, leadership, and communication to the organisation’s public health and social impact initiatives.

In his announcement, Sinha described the move as a full-circle moment, recalling his early work on public health and behavioural communication programmes with organisations such as HLFPPT, PSI, and NACO, which shaped his understanding of trust, access, and communication in healthcare systems.
Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, he said, “Pathfinder International has been at the forefront of strengthening health systems, advancing reproductive health, and empowering women and young people across underserved communities. Being able to support this mission from a governance and strategic perspective is both an honour and a responsibility. I look forward to learning from the incredible teams and partners working on the ground and contributing in whatever way I can to help amplify the impact.”
With prior leadership roles across the Asia Pacific region, including senior positions at mSix&Partners, Mindshare, and GroupM, Sinha’s appointment is expected to strengthen Pathfinder International India’s strategic direction and governance capabilities as it continues to expand its impact.
