Mirc Electronics Onida has appointed Gunjan Srivastava as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, effective February 2026. Based in Mumbai, he will lead the company’s overall business operations.

Gunjan Srivastava brings more than three decades of experience across consumer electronics, home appliances and FMCG sectors. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer at BSH Home Appliances UK & Ireland from April 2020 to January 2026, where he led the regional business. Before that, he was Head, Region Asia Pacific at BSH Household Appliances Group from July 2019 to April 2020, based in Singapore, overseeing the Asia Pacific business.
Between June 2014 and June 2019, Srivastava was Managing Director and CEO at Bosch and Siemens Home Appliances Manufacturing in Mumbai, where he was responsible for sales and profit development, market share growth, brand building, network and service expansion, local supply footprint and business strategy across India and neighbouring markets.
From September 2012 to May 2014, he served as Managing Director at Sennheiser Electronics India, overseeing its Consumer Electronics, Professional and Music Industry, and Integrated Systems businesses.
At Philips Electronics India and Philips Consumer Lifestyle between 2008 and 2012, Srivastava held multiple senior leadership roles across India, Singapore and the Netherlands. As Senior Director – Lifestyle Entertainment and PIP Marketing Consumer Lifestyle from 2011 to 2012, he led P&L, strategy and marketing for the Consumer Lifestyle sector in India and drove a turnaround to nearly 10% growth in 2011 with improved profitability. As Senior Director – Global Marketing Rhythm and Blues Project from 2009 to 2011 in the Netherlands, he led a global marketing transformation programme that delivered a 20% productivity improvement. Earlier, as Senior Director – Project Management and Transformation Leader, Emerging Markets Cluster from 2008 to 2009 in Singapore, he oversaw post-merger integration, growth initiatives and cluster business strategy across multiple international markets.
From March 2004 to March 2008, he was Director – TV and Entertainment Solutions Business at Philips Electronics India, where he led business strategy and operations. During this period, the Entertainment Solutions business grew from Rs 280 crores in 2004 to Rs 500 crores in 2007, with improved gross margins and increased market share.
He previously served as General Manager – Marketing at Integrated Technology Solutions from 2003 to 2004 and as Vice President – Marketing at Apollo Health and Lifestyle from 2002 to 2003, overseeing marketing and sales for the franchisee healthcare business.
Between 2000 and 2002, Srivastava was an entrepreneur, founding Open Minds Education in Mumbai, focused on after-school child education and development programmes.
Earlier in his career, he spent over five years at Gillette India from 1995 to 2000 in regional leadership roles across India and South West Asia, launching new business segments and driving category development. He also served as Senior Product Manager at Wilkinson Sword India, a Gillette company, from 1995 to 1998, leading brand launch and market expansion initiatives.
He began his career at Wipro Consumer Products from 1992 to 1995, where he held sales and product management roles, overseeing the hair care portfolio and regional sales operations.
