Sagar Kadam has moved on from Sony Pictures Networks India, where he most recently served as Associate Vice President – Partnerships, Growth and Monetization for the digital business at SonyLIV. Kadam joined the network in October 2021 and was based in Mumbai.

At Sony Pictures Networks India, Kadam was responsible for heading subscription revenue and growth for SonyLIV India through strategic partnerships, business development and distribution. His role focused on building sustainable business models and driving growth through alliances with telcos, banks, ISPs, connected device manufacturers, e-commerce platforms, mobile wallets, fintech players, gifting, rewards and loyalty platforms, and other distribution categories.
Prior to Sony Pictures Networks India, Kadam spent over two and a half years at Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited as Associate Director – Partnerships, Growth and Monetization for the digital business at ZEE5 between April 2019 and October 2021.
Before that, Kadam was associated with Shemaroo Entertainment. for nearly nine years. He joined the company in December 2013 as Group Manager – Business Development, was promoted to Senior Group Manager – Business Development in July 2015, and later served as Associate Director – Business Development from April 2018 to March 2019.
Earlier in his career, Kadam worked at i-Free for over two years, where he held the roles of Assistant Manager – Content and Alliances from February 2008 to December 2009, followed by Manager – Content and Alliances from January 2010 to June 2010.
He began his professional journey at Enable Mobile Technologies, where he worked as Executive – Content and Coordination between January 2007 and January 2008.
