myBiz, the SaaS-based corporate booking platform from MakeMyTrip, has partnered with Swiggy to simplify meal expense management for corporate travellers across India. The integration has brought together Swiggy’s extensive food delivery and dining network with myBiz’s corporate travel ecosystem to address one of the most complex aspects of business travel, meal expenses.
The partnership has introduced the ‘Bill to Company’ feature under ‘Swiggy for Work’, enabling employees to order meals via the Swiggy app and make payments directly using the myBiz corporate wallet. Travellers have been able to choose from over 2.6 lakh restaurants across 720+ cities for food delivery or dine at more than 40,000 Swiggy Dineout partner restaurants across 50+ cities.
The feature has been designed to eliminate personal reimbursements and manual receipt tracking through a unified workflow. Transactions have been automatically captured in company expense systems, offering finance teams real-time visibility and ensuring policy compliance. Employees have been required to complete a one-time authorization with their corporate ID to begin using the feature.
In addition to this integration, users have received exclusive benefits through Swiggy’s Corporate Rewards program, which has been rolled out across 7,000 tech parks in over 30 cities. Within six months of its launch, the program has scaled up to 27,000 corporates and 2.5 lakh authenticated users.
