Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail (ABFRL) has appointed Altamash Khan as the Head of Media and Digital Marketing for Pantaloons. In his new role, Khan will be responsible for driving the brand’s digital transformation journey, enhancing media efficiency, and integrating performance-led strategies across channels.
He will lead the brand’s media planning, digital marketing, and data-driven consumer engagement efforts, focusing on building an omnichannel presence and strengthening the brand’s digital ecosystem.
Khan has shared this career update on LinkedIn, announcing his move to ABFRL in October 2025.
Prior to this, Khan has had an extensive career spanning over 17 years in digital marketing and brand media strategy. Most recently, he served as Head of Digital Marketing at Raymond Lifestyle from January 2024 to October 2025.
Before that, he was Digital and Content Marketing Lead at Kellogg Company between January 2022 and January 2024, leading digital strategy and content development for Kellogg brands in India.
From April 2018 to December 2021, he worked with Godrej Consumer Products (GCPL), where he held key digital marketing leadership roles across the Home Care and Hair Care portfolios. Between February 2017 and March 2018, he also served as Digital Marketing Manager at GCPL, managing digital strategies for brands like HIT, Ezee, Aer, and Godrej No.1, and received recognition for his innovative vernacular content campaigns.
Earlier in his career, Khan worked with Maxus as Business Manager, Media2win as Media Planning Manager and Brand Insight Integrated MAPCL. He began his career with roles in search and keyword management at Inventif Web, Imperial Softwares, and iProspect Communicate2lite between 2008 and 2010, gaining hands-on experience in SEM and performance marketing.
Khan’s appointment at ABFRL marks the continuation of a career built on blending creativity with analytics, delivering performance-driven digital solutions across industries.
