Kotak Mahindra Group has awarded its media mandate to dentsu X India after a competitive multi-agency pitch. The account will be managed from dentsu X’s Mumbai office.
Under the mandate, dentsu X will lead the integrated media strategy for Kotak Mahindra Group, covering TV, Print, Radio, and Digital Branding for key business entities including Kotak Mahindra Bank, Kotak Mutual Fund, Kotak Securities, and Kotak Life Insurance. The role includes strategy, planning, and execution across platforms.
Using proprietary tools, along with tech, data, and cultural insights, dentsu X will provide integrated, outcome-driven solutions aimed at supporting Kotak Mahindra’s marketing and business goals.
The partnership is designed to combine creativity, precision, and scale to create meaningful connections with customers. With the banking sector increasingly focused on digital transformation, Kotak aims to make financial services more accessible and engaging for India’s growing aspirational consumer base.
